Welcome to StyleMark , the logo design and branding service provided by [StyleMark],. By using our website and purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website and ordering any of our logo design or branding services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

2. Description of Service

StyleMark offers custom logo design, branding packages, and related graphic design services. All work is conducted remotely unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Our standard process includes:

• Submission of a detailed brand brief

• Delivery of 3–5 unique logo concepts

• Unlimited revisions (within scope)

• Final delivery of high-resolution files (PNG, JPG, SVG, EPS, PDF)

Additional branding services (e.g., business card design) may be offered as add-ons or bundled packages.

3. Payment Terms

All prices listed on our website are in EURO (Euro) and are one-time fees unless otherwise stated.

We accept payments through Stripe , and all transactions are processed securely with SSL encryption. Once payment is confirmed, your project will begin.

You agree not to use fraudulent or unauthorized payment methods. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if fraud is suspected.

4. Ownership & Usage Rights

Upon full payment and final approval, you receive full commercial usage rights to the final logo design(s). You may use the logo for marketing, print, merchandise, websites, and other business purposes.

Ownership of initial drafts, unused concepts, and source files remains with StyleMark unless explicitly transferred in writing.

5. Revisions Policy

Unlimited revisions are allowed within the scope of the original project brief. Excessive or out-of-scope changes may require an additional fee, which will be communicated and approved by you before proceeding.

6. Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days from receipt of completed brand brief. Complex projects or peak periods may extend this timeframe, and we will notify you accordingly.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details regarding cancellations, refunds, and dispute resolution.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, logos, text, and graphics on the StyleMark website are the property of StyleMark and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services to create logos or branding materials that:

• Infringe on intellectual property rights

• Promote hate speech, discrimination, or violence

• Are deceptive, illegal, or unethical

StyleMark reserves the right to refuse service for any inappropriate or unlawful request.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StyleMark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
