StyleMark – Refund Policy

At StyleMark , we are committed to providing high-quality logo design services and ensuring our clients are completely satisfied with the results. However, if you're not happy with your purchase, we have a straightforward refund policy in place to protect you.

When You May Be Eligible for a Refund

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • If your project has not yet begun or is in the very early stages (e.g., before any concept designs are shared).

  • If you request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase , and no work has been initiated.

  • If we are unable to reach mutual agreement on the final design after a reasonable number of revisions (as defined per your plan), and you wish to end the project.

Please note: Once final files have been delivered and approved by you (or after 7 days from delivery without feedback), the project is considered completed and is non-refundable.

When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You change your mind after the design process has started.

  • You provided vague or incomplete brand information that leads to delays or unsatisfactory results.

  • You request changes outside the scope of the original service purchased.

  • Final files have already been delivered and accepted (or not reviewed within 7 days).

Refund Process Timeline

Once we receive your refund request and determine eligibility, we aim to process it within 5–7 business days . Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (via Stripe).

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us directly at support@stylemark.io with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed explanation of why you're requesting a refund

  • Any relevant communication related to your project

We will review your case and respond within one business day.

Satisfaction Guarantee

While we stand by our work, we also encourage open communication throughout the design process. If you're not satisfied with a draft or revision, let us know — we’re here to fix it!
