Most projects are completed within 5–7 business days , depending on how many rounds of feedback are needed.
Ordering & Payment
1. Is payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely via Stripe , using SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliance standards.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Stripe.
3. Do you offer refunds?

4. Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order before design work begins for a full refund. If work has started, a partial refund may be issued based on time invested.
Logo Design Process
1. What logo file formats do you provide?
You'll receive your logo in the following formats:
PNG (transparent background)
JPG (standard image format)
SVG (vector for web use)
EPS (vector for print use)
PDF (print-ready multi-format file)
2. Can I use the logo for print and digital purposes?
Yes! All final logo files are high-resolution and suitable for websites, social media, business cards, packaging, merchandise , and more.
3. Can I edit the logo myself later?
Yes! You’ll receive vector source files (SVG/EPS) which can be edited in Adobe Illustrator or other vector editing software.

1. Do you offer branding packages beyond just the logo?

2. Can I upgrade my plan after placing an order?
